Design your life

“Are you ready to to build the life you want?”

Which sounds familiar..?

  • Always busy but never fulfilled

  • Comfortable, but restless

  • Dreams postponed for “one day”

  • Life by default, not by choice

We’ve all been there - stuck in the same patterns, dealing with fears and doubts that keep us from shaking things up. I’ve spent the last 18 years as a coach, helping people like you find new paths and how to navigate them.

Design Your Life isn’t about chasing ‘success’. It’s about pressing the reset button , stepping back, asking bigger questions and choosing what really matters for your next chapter.

Feeling stuck on autopilot?

What if your next chapter could be your best yet?

When holding on holds you back

Hunters trap monkeys by placing bananas in a cage. The bars are wide enough to reach through, but too narrow to pull the banana back out. To escape, the monkey just needs to let go… but it won’t.

We do the same: clinging to jobs, habits or comfort zones that keep us stuck.

This programme helps you find the clarity and courage to release what no longer serves you.

  • Tom’s life is steady - family, career, home. But when a friend asked about his dream, he realised he didn’t have an answer. He’s not unhappy but wonders if there’s more

  • Ahmet’s corporate job pays the bills, but he’s long stopped caring about the work. Single and out of practice at meeting people, most weekends pass in silence. By Sunday night, he dreads Monday’s alarm, not because it ends the weekend, but because it starts the same cycle again.

  • Rachel’s consulting career has taken her everywhere. But when a friend invited her for a weekend away, she said no before checking her diary. She’s starting to question if “busy” is the life she actually wants.

  • Claire’s two years sober and proud of it. Still, she’s realising that recovery is more than “not drinking”; it’s creating a life that’s worth staying sober for. She’s ready to discover what that looks like.

  • Samir’s job is solid, his home is great and he travels often. Friends call him “sorted.” But sometimes he catches himself imagining a life that looks completely different and can’t decide whether that’s exciting or irresponsible.

Which one sounds like you?

On Design Your Life, you’ll be with people who are also:

  • Questioning “is this it?”

  • Ready to step off autopilot

  • looking for more purpose, connection and joy

You won’t do this alone…

Is it for me?

You want to redefine what success means

You want to have goals and dreams… and make them a reality

You have a commitment to your personal growth

You want to cut through the noise and distraction and live what matters

You’re excited to contribute to a diverse group of people regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical ability or economic status

You don’t need more distractions - you need more meaning

We distract ourselves with scrolling, shopping, streaming, gaming, dating apps, news feeds… but what we’re really missing is meaning and connection. Viktor Frankel called it the “existential vacuum”.

“Where is this?” I hear you ask

FAQs

It’s a programme of small group coaching. It’s usually four two-hour sessions or a full dayon a weekend and can be in person in London or online for those outside of London or the UK.

What is this?

It’s for people who feel a little stuck and unfulfilled. If you know there's more to you but you haven't been able to define it or make it happen, then get in touch to find out more.

Who’s it for?

Before starting there are two important elements: The group dynamic and your commitment to attend in full. We’ll chat 1:1 about your expectations and then see which group is best for you. During the programme, you’ll just need to turn up with an open mind, curiosity, a willingness to be open and honest and of course, to respect others’ confidentiality.

What’s involved?

The programme

Embark is a pre-programme 1:1 about your expectations and an informal group meeting with your future classmates.

Launch is about shifting mindsets, breaking down barriers, appreciating strengths & uncovering what success means to you.

During Discovery, we’ll explore the ingredients that make a life of purpose, ‘future self’ and the tools to define who you want to be.

Ignite is about practical strategies for turning ideas into action and how to maintain momentum in a world full of distractions.

Sustain will give you the tools to prioritise and focus on what’s really important; help you to navigate around obstacles; and assist you in creating a support plan for making lasting changes.

With your exercises and teachings, I found myself reflecting on my past, identifying the various external factors that had an impacted on my wellbeing and achievements at that time… it brought to the forefront ‘lessons learned’ and anecdotes for happiness/positive mindset/pushing for those goals.”

“It was great to hear from other people who are in a similar situation. Made it easier to work together and spur each other on.”

“I got a lot from the programme. I’d been feeling flat for a while and this was like a reboot. ”
